For the past four years, GhettoAlive have been trying our best to improve artistic diversity of Korean music scene. GhettoAlive is not just a place where you can experience unusual space and performances, but is a community with bigger missions: creating a sustainable culture in which artists and audience can create and experience various forms of music more enojoyably and seriously, and making that culture more accessible to people. Team Ghetto Membership is our new monthly membership program created for this mission.

In Gukak(Korean traditional music), there is a commonly used term called ‘gwee-myeong-chang(귀명창),’ which can be roughly translated to ‘ear virtuoso.’ A ‘gwee-myeong-chang’ is an experienced listener who can identify a virtuoso, even without being a professional musician. No matter how well the artist can play, music wouldn’t be sustainable without the support from these devoted listeners. Keeping GhettoAlive is only possible because of you.

Terms

• Application starts on the 20th every month.

• Membership is valid from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.

• Membership cannot be carried forward to the next month.

• Membership can only be used by the person who owns the membership, and cannot be shared with other people.

• You can purchase the membership as a gift. In this case, please write down the name of the person who will be using the membership next to the buyer’s name when you make the transfer.

• You can donate the membership to the venue. Donated memberships will be given to people under age 24 selected by draw every last week of the month.

• Even if you have the membership, we suggest you to book the ticket online(choose the ‘membership’ option) so that we can estimate the number of visitors.

• Cancellation and refund is only possible before the 6th of every month, only if you haven’t used your membership that month.
